Role Overview



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our team in

Pune

. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, property showcasing, client engagement, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and digital campaigns. Maintain and expand a strong database of prospective clients and properties.

Sales & Business Development



Present, promote, and sell properties to potential buyers. Arrange and conduct property tours, site visits, open houses, and client meetings. Negotiate and prepare contracts, offers, and related documentation. Ensure smooth and timely closure of sales transactions.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions. Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Reporting & Documentation



Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and transactions. Submit regular sales performance reports (weekly/monthly) to the management.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong sales drive with a passion for achieving targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management. Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in real estate sales and selling the plots will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
