Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities

Actively explore new markets to increase the company's customer base.
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop trust and long-term partnerships with customers.
Regularly follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions
Listen to client requirements carefully.
Suggest suitable products/services and present them effectively through proposals or demos.
Negotiate and close deals
Discuss pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
Finalize contracts and ensure targets are achieved.
Maintain sales records and stay updated on market trends
Keep proper records of leads, sales, and client interactions in CRM.
Track competitors and industry updates to plan better strategies.
Having experience in flat selling and strong knowledge about real estate sites and flat sales.
Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
