Sales Executive

Job Description

This role is perfect for someone who loves health, fitness, and people. Your primary job will be sales-focused, helping leads become happy clients, and also building partnerships with nearby health professionals.

Sales & Client Onboarding
Call and follow up with inbound leads (no cold calling!)
Respond to WhatsApp messages, DMs, and web inquiries
Convert leads into studio bookings or consultations
Maintain lead tracking and updates on CRM/Excel

Local Partnerships

Visit local doctors, physiotherapists, and clinics around Kharadi only
Present Fit360's science-based approach to managing pain, PCOD, arthritis, back pain, etc.
Build referral partnerships and stay in touch regularly

What We're Looking For

Basic understanding of fitness, health, and wellness
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English a must, Marathi is a bonus)
Confident personality, good with follow-ups
Willing to travel locally (Kharadi area)
Prior sales/customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not mandatory
Eagerness to learn - we'll train you on everything you need
