Position: Sales Executive

Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably in hospitality or travel

Souzagad Homestay is a serene and charming getaway in the heart of nature locations, offering unique rural-luxury experiences to travellers seeking peace and authenticity. We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us expand our presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive direct bookings and improve occupancy rates Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and online platforms Collaborate on marketing campaigns to promote seasonal offers and experiences Maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively pitch to potential guests
What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in sales (hospitality experience is a plus) Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently Comfortable using CRM tools and basic digital marketing platforms Passion for travel, hospitality, and local culture
