We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional negotiation and communication skills. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective outbound calling and telemarketing strategies.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through warm calling and outbound outreach.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Engage in technical sales discussions to effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales processes.
Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales data.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Background in business development or marketing is a plus.
