Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Visit potential customers and demonstrate products or services. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper records of sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager. Meet daily/weekly/monthly KRI.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales or a similar role is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Willingness to travel locally as required. Comfortable in Speaking English, Hindi and Marathi.

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
