Qualification- B.E / Diploma (Any)
Skill set needed- Good written and communication skill, team handling, troubleshooting, knowlege of lab equipments
Experience- 3 to 5 years

Monitor and make sure 100% delivery of PM visit PAN India with the help of ASM and service coordinators
Monitor Service email, service head email and make sure all emails are replied on time
Monitor OTP for billable visits and make sure that OTP reports are discussed in review meet with customer by ASM
Implementation of new plans/strategy discussed with management/HOD
Processing confirmation of trainee engg and complete documentation process with the help of HR team
Maintain ERP hygine for support module and spares module
Review inhouse calibration and repairs and maintain SLA for TAT
Monitor Service godown reviews and maintain zero discrepancies
Attend internal buisness process related meetings(Credit control, assurance, sales)
Monitor Tools and IT gadgets for service team and provide necessary approvals
Handle customer escalations and update and monitor same in ERP
Monitor and make sure that service team getting troubleshooting assistance from HO
Create manpower requisition in ERP for all the open position and follow up with HR for CV and take first round of interviews
Followup with cross function to provide support to ASM/HOD for issues
