We are expanding rapidly and are looking for passionate professionals who will contribute to take the company to the next level. The job description includes the following responsibilities:

Build a database of prospective customers using various methods and develop leads. Talk to prospective customers, carefully listen to their requirements, budgets, and expectations. Convince them and arrange site visits to our new schemes, walk through the site, show plans and flats. Be aware of the area and properties on sale in the area, analyse property values and trends Maintain records and generate reports to translate sales analysis to the management Follow through with the leads and push them towards closure. Engage leads for sales. Achieve leads and sales targets aggressively. Use social media for lead generation and support marketing function in brand building.

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales and Marketing. Experience in Real Estate Sales is definite plus. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating qualified leads. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
