Job Description

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and managing sales pipelines.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Business Development:

Identifying new business opportunities, prospecting for new clients, and closing deals.

Team Leadership:

Guiding and mentoring sales teams, ensuring they are meeting targets, and providing support.

Market Analysis:

Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Reporting and Analysis:

Preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to management.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiating contracts, closing sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
