Role Overview



We are seeking

dynamic, results-driven Sales Executives

to join our marketing and sales team. This role is pivotal in expanding Neptune Excellence's reach in the

global coaching and training market

. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing sales for our

ICF-approved certification programs

and corporate training solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and engage with prospective clients, including individual professionals, corporate HR/L&D teams, and training decision-makers globally. Utilize social media, networking events, BNI, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to generate quality leads.

Sales Conversion

Conduct discovery calls, present program benefits, and convert leads into enrollments for Level 1, Level 2, and ACTC programs. Follow up with leads in a structured and timely manner to maximize conversions.

Marketing Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns for program promotions. Provide feedback to improve marketing materials and campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain relationships with past and current clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Track client engagement in CRM systems and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Revenue Achievement

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to Neptune Excellence's revenue goal of

USD 250,000 annually

.

Key Skills & Attributes



Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Proven ability to sell high-value professional services or educational programs. Confidence in dealing with senior executives and global audiences. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Understanding of the coaching/training industry is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in

training, coaching, or educational services

. Experience with CRM tools and online sales platforms. Familiarity with ICF coaching programs is an added advantage.
