Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain the training programs
Understand candidate profiles and guide them to the right course
Follow up diligently on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or email
Maintain CRM records and track lead movement across the funnel
Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments
Share feedback and insights to improve pitch and funnel effectiveness
Coordinate with center operations to ensure student readiness
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
Strong communication skills in
