We're looking for a proactive and persuasive

Sales Executive

to help drive student admissions for our DGCA-approved drone pilot training programs. You will be the first point of contact for prospective leads--educating them, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process. This is a high-impact, student-facing role with clear targets and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain the training programs Understand candidate profiles and guide them to the right course Follow up diligently on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or email Maintain CRM records and track lead movement across the funnel Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments Share feedback and insights to improve pitch and funnel effectiveness Coordinate with center operations to ensure student readiness Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements



Strong communication skills in

Kannada/Tamil/Telugu

Hindi

, and

English

0-2 years of experience in telesales or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome) Good persuasion and follow-up skills Comfortable with using CRM tools and basic Excel Self-motivated, goal-driven, and responsive
