Close property deals Coordinate with banks and clients for loan processing Manage paperwork, data entry, and financial calculations

Must-Have Skills:

2-3 years of real estate sales experience (leasing or residential sales) Fluent in English and Marathi Strong in calculation, Excel entries, agreements, registration follow-up Experience handling loan papers, NOCs, sale deeds, and bank coordination Knows stamp duty, registration, brokerage, etc. Must own a bike (local travel required) RERA certificate preferred - if not, we'll support it Age between 25-30 years
