The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing Sales & Marketing strategies to promote the CBSE school, enhance its visibility in the community, increase student admissions, and support brand development. This role requires strong communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to connect with parents and the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement local Sales & Marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the school's academic calendar and admission goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify enrollment trends and growth opportunities.
Plan and execute admission drives, school tours, open houses, and promotional events.
Build relationships with pre-schools, coaching centres, and local influencers to generate leads.
Manage offline promotions including banners, flyers, newspaper ads, radio spots, and hoardings.
Track inquiries, follow up with leads, and ensure high conversion rates through prompt communication.
Coordinate with internal departments (admissions, academics, admin) to ensure smooth functioning of campaigns and events.
Prepare monthly Sales & Marketing reports, ROI tracking, and database management.
Represent the school in education fairs, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication
MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field preferred
