Candidate should be focused on generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Typical responsibilities include:

Prospecting new clients through networking, cold calls, and marketing channels Conducting presentations and property tours to potential buyers Negotiating offers and finalizing transactions to ensure client satisfaction Staying current on real estate market trends and competitive activity Maintaining records and following up through CRM systems Achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
