Job Description

1. Customer Engagement & Assistance



Warmly welcome and greet all customers entering the store, creating a positive and luxurious first impression.

Guide customers through their shopping experience, assisting with product selection based on their preferences, occasions, or gifting needs.

Provide accurate and detailed information about product features, craftsmanship, materials, and origin to support confident purchasing decisions.

Offer after-sales support and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

2. Sales Execution



Present and promote jewellery collections with enthusiasm, demonstrating key product benefits and unique selling points.

Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.

Assist in preparing the store for promotions, new arrivals, and special events.

Participate in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales value and enhance the customer experience.

3. Product & Brand Knowledge



Continuously update personal knowledge of jewellery collections, new arrivals, brand heritage, and current market trends.

Confidently explain jewellery care instructions, warranties, and return/exchange policies to customers.

Stay informed about precious metals, gemstones, and industry terminology to elevate the level of customer service and product education.

4. Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising



Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store environment that aligns with brand standards.

Assist with the setup and maintenance of product displays, ensuring proper arrangement, lighting, and security of all merchandise.

Report any product damage, stock discrepancies, or security issues promptly to the store manager.

5. Customer Relationship Management



Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up, birthday and special occasion greetings, and personalized service.

Maintain accurate records of client preferences and purchases in the CRM system for future engagement and loyalty-building efforts.

Support clienteling initiatives led by senior staff or the store manager.

Requirements



1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in luxury goods or fashion.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Professional appearance, demeanor, and an appreciation for fine jewellery and craftsmanship.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company through training and on-the-job experience.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
