We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain client records and provide excellent after-sales support.
Collaborate with the marketing and product team for lead generation.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1 year of experience in sales or business development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-centric mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
