Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & lead generation
Identifying potential clients and target markets.
Generate leads through research, networking and cold calling.
Qualify leads to assess their suitability for your company's products or services.
2. Sales Presentations and Proposals
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals'
Address client objections and concerns effectively.
3. Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Understand clients needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Establish trust and credibility with clients.
Upselling and Cross selling
4. Sales Closure
Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Prepare contracts and agreements in consultation with legal and
Management
Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the account management or
Delivery team.
1. Market Research and Feedback
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Gather feedback from clients and prospectus for product / service
improvement.
Share market insights with the sales and product development teams.
Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. New Business Acquisition
KPI: Number of new clients acquired.
KPI : Value of new business contracts signed.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion
KPI : Number of leads generated.
KPI : Lead conversion rate (Percentage of leads turned into clents)
3. Sales Revenue Growth
KPI : Achieving monthly/ quarterly/annual revenue targets.
KPI : Percentage increase in sales revenue over time.
4. Client Relationship Management
KPI : Client satisfaction scores or feedback.
KPI : Percentage of retained clients from new business efforts.
5. Sales Pipeline and Conversation Rate
KPI : Size and health of the sales pipeline (number of prospects at each
stage)
KPI : Sales conversion rate (percentage of prospects that become clients).
