We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to support our sales and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling and digital outreach.
Explain solar products and solutions to customers, highlighting benefits and ROI.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Achieve monthly sales and contribute to overall business growth.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, market trends, and competitors.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline filed.
0 to 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (Fresher with passion for sales may apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in the solar industry.
Basic understanding of solar energy or willingness to learn quickly.
