We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Sales Executive
with 2+ years of experience in
B2B industrial sales
, preferably in the
metals, fabrication, or engineering product
sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and contributing to our overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across engineering and industrial sectors
Understand product specifications and match customer requirements accordingly
Identify new market opportunities and actively pursue leads
Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales
Coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Engineering)
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales
Familiarity with metal products (ferrous/non-ferrous), fittings, flanges, or fabrication components
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in
steel/metals distribution
or
engineering components
Network within construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors
Self-motivated and target-driven
