We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client needs and provide suitable product/service solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record in sales or business development (industry-specific experience preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of sales performance metrics and data analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required
