Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Executive

, with 4-5 years of experience in
Direct Sales

Commercial Sales

B2B Sales
. Experience in the
fitness equipment industry
will be a strong advantage. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales across Pune and nearby regions and will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through direct sales, B2B marketing, and field visits
Meet potential clients to present and promote Fitline's range of fitness equipment
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for business growth
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment and customer service
Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports to the Regional Manager
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
4-5 years of relevant experience in direct/commercial/B2B sales
Prior experience in the
Fitness Equipment industry
is
preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Willingness to travel
8-10 days per month
, within Pune and to nearby cities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Compensation:
Monthly Salary: ?25,000 - ?30,000 (based on experience)
