Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Promote and sell diagnostic services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients. Identify and target new business opportunities in the diagnostics sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients. Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and lab staff. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues. Conduct regular meetings with customers and distributors.

Product Knowledge & Support:

Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare staff. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide product and lab diagnostic support, including consultation at staff in-services and veterinarian seminars.

Reporting & Administration:

Track and report on sales performance metrics. Submit daily/weekly reports and update CRM systems. Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Other:

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams. Participate in promotional events, health camps, and BTL activities. Conduct market surveys and gather insights.

Pay: Up to ?350,000.00 per year
