Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and target markets.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads to assess their suitability for your company's products or services.
2. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals.
- Address client objections and concerns effectively.
3. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Establish trust and credibility with clients.
- Upselling and Cross selling
4. Sales Closure:
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Prepare contracts and agreements in consultation with legal and management.
- Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the account management or delivery team.
5. Market Research and Feedback:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects for product/service improvement.
- Share market insights with the sales and product development teams.

1. New Business Acquisition:
- KPI: Number of new clients acquired.
- KPI: Value of new business contracts signed.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
