We are looking for a results-driven sales executive to join our team at Exergi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and promoting our products/services. If you have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

? Explain the company's products/services and generate interest

? Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up regularly

? Handle objections and provide appropriate responses to customer queries

? Achieve daily/weekly targets and conversion goals

? Record customer interactions and feedback for process improvement

Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred)

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred)
