Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients. You will represent the company's products and services, identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling objections professionally.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
- Attend industry events and trade shows if required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales/customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
