Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
Identify potential clients, pitch services, and onboard new customers to support studio growth and market expansion.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead conversion and upselling to existing clients.
Lead Follow-Up:
Actively follow up on inquiries, referrals, and leads from marketing campaigns to convert them into confirmed bookings or contracts.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all leads, interactions, and deal progress are tracked and monitored.
Quotations & Documentation:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and agreements in coordination with the operations team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Client Servicing:
Provide excellent pre- and post-sale customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
On-Ground Sales Activities:
Attend walk-ins, client meetings, events, or exhibitions as needed to represent the studio and close deals.
Reporting:
Share daily or weekly updates on sales progress, client feedback, and market trends with the sales manager.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align on promotional activities, service delivery, and customer engagement.
In this role,
you will take charge of executing sales activities aligned with defined targets, objectives (SME), and budgets. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring the retention and growth of business within the assigned market. This is a hands-on role where you will also be involved in preparing quotations and following up on proposals in collaboration with the operations team. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding the studio's market presence and strengthening its customer base.
Qualifications & Key Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in sales, preferably in real estate, media, or creative studio services.
Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on, tactical plans.
High level of initiative, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
