We're looking for a
smart, resourceful, and result-driven Sales Executive
who can own the sales pipeline, close deals, and help us build lasting relationships with clients in India and globally.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Qualify Leads:
Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, cold outreach, inbound leads, and referrals.
Pitch Tech Services:
Clearly communicate our offerings (Shopify, AI automations, custom software) tailored to client pain points.
Own the Sales Funnel:
Run discovery calls, send proposals, follow up, negotiate, and close deals--end-to-end ownership.
CRM Management:
Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and pipeline in our CRM tools.
Market Feedback Loop:
Share client objections and feedback with product and leadership teams for better positioning.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals and KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in IT sales, software services, or B2B SaaS
Strong verbal and written communication (English and Hindi)
Prior experience with
LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and WhatsApp follow-ups
Solid understanding of tech products or ability to learn quickly
Negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship-building skills
Hunger to grow, learn, and outperform targets
Bonus If You Have
Experience selling Shopify, web/app development, or AI tools
Startup or agency background
Understanding of sales metrics, funnels, and CAC/LTV logic
