Responsibilities:
Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive (minimum 2+ years).
Degree in MBA or a related field is preferred.
Experience in software sales is an advantage.
Sales experience with IIOT products is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation techniques, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Willingness to travel as required.
