Role: Sales Executive
Based in: Mumbai / Work from Office
Work Timings: 6 days a week from 10:00am to 7:00pm
Reporting to: Business Head
Experience required: 2+years of work experience
What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. Sales Executive will be in charge of managing sales by developing leads, meeting and converting leads into business.
Job Responsibilities:
Follow up with inbound leads and provide them with all relevant information pertaining to their query
Generating sales by identifying leads, generating meetings by cold calling and emailing and working with the sales team into converting them into revenue.
Completing all the documentation associated with the order, i.e. order tender, technical clarifications and legal documents, etc. and submitting them to the customer within the required time frame.
Meeting volume and revenue targets and operating within the agreed pricing and discount framework
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing unparalleled service
Technical requirements of the role:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
Working experience of using Microsoft office tools like Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Experience in using google products like gmail, Gdrive etc.
Working experience of professional email writing
Soft skill requirements of the role:
Excellent oral and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to assist with the process of sales and marketing
Should be street smart with the ability to think on their toes and handle client negotiation
Comfortable with travelling locally and pan India for project requirements
