Sales Executive / Senior Executive - Sales
Identify and source new clients through networking, referrals, property portals, and other channels.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of quality leads for the Site Visit.
Build strong relationships with potential clients to generate interest in properties.
Ensure all leads are nurtured, followed up, and cordination with the Closing Team for Site Visit done.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and events to attract prospects.
Stay updated with market trends and competitors to source better opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Female Candidate With Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 1-2+ years) Freshers are also welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
For sale's roles, excellent networking and lead-generation capabilities.
