The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating partnerships, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales, and contributing to the overall business strategy to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research:
o Conduct research to identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
o Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Sales & Negotiation:
o Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to ensure business profitability and customer satisfaction.
o Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Collaboration & Reporting:
o Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
o Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs.
o Regularly report sales activities, progress, and results to senior management.
Business Strategy:
o Contribute to the development of business strategies and long-term growth plans.
o Identify and act on new opportunities for product or service enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering degree in Electronics, or related field. (Preferred)
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation:
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Research & Analytical Skills:
Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data to inform business strategies.
Tech-Savvy:
