Business Growth of Exclusive Talents
Coordinating with artists, performers, and technical staff to schedule and integrate performances and other artistic activities.
Stay updated with current trends, emerging artists, and programming opportunities in the industry.
Provide on-site management during events, overseeing the smooth execution of artist and programming elements.
Maintain accurate records of artist and programming activities.
Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to artistic and programming aspects of events, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Qualifications
2-4 years of proven experience in Sales / Artist Sales
Ability to do Sales/ Meetings
Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in the entertainment industry
Location: Mumbai, Andheri West
Working Days - Monday to Friday
Working Hours - 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
