Job Title: Sales Executive - Loans (Home)

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Industry Preference: Banking / Direct Selling Agent (DSA)

CTC: As per current CTC (with a hike of 10% to 30%)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in Home

Loans and field sales to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should come from the

Banking or DSA (Direct Selling Agent) industry and be capable of independently handling

loan sales for Home, Personal, and Business Loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end sales of Home Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans. Generate leads through open market activities and personal/professional networks. Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and pitch relevant loan products. Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the loan process. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth application and disbursal. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Stay updated with current financial products, market trends, and competitors' offerings.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in selling financial products, particularly Home Loans. Must have field sales experience and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in the Banking sector or with a DSA is mandatory. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong local network and knowledge of the Mumbai market.
