The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness and possess strong interpersonal and sales skills to attract and convert leads into members. Key Responsibilities:

Promote membership plans, personal training packages, and studio services. Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries professionally. Conduct studio tours and explain benefits to prospective clients. Maintain regular follow-up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Assist in executing local marketing initiatives and campaigns. Maintain records of all interactions in CRM or sales logs. Achieve monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (fitness industry a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in engaging with diverse clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented. Basic knowledge of fitness services and products. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
