Sales Executive (FMCG BULK Section)

We at Basillia are looking to hire passionate Sales and Business Development Executive with 1 -2 years of prior B2B sales experience for our food products.

Key Responsibilities :



Identify and target potential B2B customers within the organic industry and other businesses interested in organic and natural bulk products. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, strategic cold calling, and networking to create new business opportunities. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring they consistently receive exceptional service and support. Conduct thorough research on client needs and preferences, tailoring product offerings to meet specific requirements and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Proactively monitor and enhance client satisfaction, seeking feedback and addressing concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging products. Share acquired knowledge within the company to contribute to the overall team's expertise. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients. Strong sales closing skills with a customer-centric approach. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with organic products and a genuine passion for sustainability and healthy living. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as necessary.

Requirements:



A minimum of 1 year of sales executive or manager, preferably within the organic products industry.

Bachelor's / Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
