Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with leads generated through telecalling, marketing campaigns, and walk-ins.
Understand client needs and offer suitable project options.
Conduct site visits and property tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the back-end team for documentation, follow-ups, and post-sales services.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on current market trends, competitors, and property rates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills and confidence in client interactions.
Must be self-motivated and target-driven.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
