Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our pest control company. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching pest control solutions to clients (residential, commercial, industrial), closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital channels Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their pest issues and propose appropriate solutions Prepare and present pest control service quotations and contracts Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads Educate clients about pest problems, prevention, and our services Coordinate with service operations for smooth delivery of treatments Maintain daily reports, and sales documentation Attend regular team meetings and sales training sessions

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and smartphone skills .

Preferred Skills:

Experience in pest control, facility management, or similar industries Knowledge of local markets and customer behavior Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
