Urgent Hiring for Mandate Sales (Residential and Commercial)

Location: South Pune (Kondhwa)

1. Generate leads through various methods, including networking, advertising, and market research.

2. Manage relationships with current and potential clients, keeping them informed of new properties and updates.

3. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

4. Close sales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the real estate industry.

6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about the latest developments.

7. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.

8. Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints.

9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
