We receive a high volume of inquiries through our website promotions, as well as from platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and YouTube. Your primary responsibility will be to connect via call with these potential customers, understand their requirements, and recommend the most suitable machine from our product range. Once the requirement is clear, you will share relevant product videos, prepare formal quotations, and follow up regularly to move the inquiry toward a confirmed order. In addition to handling new leads, you'll also follow up with existing clients and assist with various office administration tasks as needed. 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles

Languages Known: Proficiency in Telugu and Kannada will be considered an added advantage
