Role Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and performance-driven

Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, presenting our solutions, and driving conversions across the financial advisory and distribution ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients such as MF Distributors, RIAs, and Wealth Management firms. Present and demonstrate our mutual fund and multi-asset software platform. Understand client-specific needs and propose the right solution. Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding. Nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat and upsell opportunities. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience. Update sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in software or fintech sales. Solid understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and distributor models. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable with virtual sales using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, etc. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling to IFAs, MF Distributors, or Wealth Managers. Familiarity with back-office operations related to mutual fund distribution. Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales methodologies.
