To identify, develop, and manage business opportunities for MEP pipe support systems by establishing strong customer relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and project procurement teams. The role focuses on achieving sales targets with team work, managing pipeline, coordinating with internal teams for quotations & delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients such as
MEP Contractors, HVAC Contractors, Fire Fighting contractors, Fabricators, and Builders
.
Generate inquiries through cold calls, site visits, networking, and digital channels.
Maintain a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with
Project Managers, Purchase Managers, Site Engineers, and Consultants
.
Conduct regular follow-ups for quotations, approvals, execution schedules, and payment collection.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of
construction project environment
and MEP workflow.
Ability to read
BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
(basic level).
Negotiation and client relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Educational & Experience Requirements
Qualification:
Diploma/ Any Graduate with relevant sales experience.
Experience:
1-2 years preferred in
MEP, HVAC, Pipe Supports, Fasteners, Fabrication, or Construction Material Sales
.
Candidates with site exposure and contractor network will be preferred.
Additional Requirement
Must possess own two-wheeler
for daily client and site visits.
A valid
Driving License
is mandatory.
Fuel/travel allowance will be provided as per company policy.
