Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our men's wear showroom as a sales staff member. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers in finding the right clothing and accessories that suit their needs and style.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Provide knowledgeable advice on men's fashion, fitting, sizes, and product details Recommend suitable outfits based on customer preferences and occasions Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom and merchandise displays Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory checks Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and new arrivals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or fashion is a plus Previous experience in retail clothing sales, especially men's fashion, preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong customer service and sales skills Basic computer and billing system knowledge
