Position Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive
to promote and sell simulation-based academic courses and medical simulators across assigned territories.

medical colleges, nursing institutions, and hospitals

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for medical simulators and academic training programs.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and academic workshops for potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per regional goals.
Develop and implement a territory-wise business development plan.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional decision-makers (Deans, HODs, Professors, Training Coordinators).
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent engagement and support.
Coordinate with internal teams for post-sales implementation of training programs.
Market Research & Promotion
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in simulation-based education.
Provide strategic feedback to management for product and market improvement.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and academic workshops.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
Collaborate with technical and academic teams for demos, proposals, and installations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration.
Experience:
1-4 years in B2B sales -- preferably in medical devices, healthcare edtech, or training solutions.
Technical Knowledge:
Exposure to medical training simulators or healthcare education technologies preferred.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
Self-driven with ownership and accountability
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
