Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

- Target Doctors via networking, referrals & campaigns.

Relationship Management

- Build trust with clients & understand their property needs.

Property Showings

- Organize site visits, present proposals & highlight property benefits.

Negotiation & Closing

- Finalize deals with smooth transaction handling.

Market Knowledge

- Stay updated on property values & competitor activities.

Target Achievement

- Consistently meet sales goals & KPIs.

Customer Support

- Provide excellent pre- & post-sales service.
