Key Responsibilities:



Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer requirements and trends in the healthcare industry. Proactively generate leads and pursue new sales prospects. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, physiotherapists and healthcare professionals. Deliver compelling and informative product presentations tailored to client needs and address any questions or concerns effectively. Prepare and maintain accurate

sales reports, activity logs, forecasts

and

market analysis

data regularly. Monitor and ensure adequate stock availability for product demos, trials and order fulfillment. Represent the company at

industry events, exhibitions and medical conferences

, effectively showcasing products and building brand awareness. Lead negotiations and close sales deals while addressing client objections or complaints in a professional manner. Meet and consistently exceed

monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate closely with internal teams including

product specialists, logistics and marketing

to enhance the customer experience. Gather and relay client feedback to improve products, services and support offerings. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity and new product developments.
