Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling histopathology and related analytical laboratory instruments to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and research laboratories. The role involves managing sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell histopathology analytical instruments such as tissue processors, cryostats, Cytocentrifuge , and other related equipment.
Identify and develop new customers across hospitals, pathology labs, and research institutions.
Submit appropriate quotes, negotiate and finalize the deal to best effect in consultation with superior.
Explore the assigned territory to generate the inquiries.
Submit appropriate quotes, negotiate and finalize the deal to best effect in consultation with superior.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
Submit timely reports on CRM (V-tiger).
Follow up for the payment.
Maintain customer relations.
Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Any other jobs as and when, given by the management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales of histopathology, or analytical laboratory instruments.
Budget - Up to 6 Lakhs
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
