:We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives (Telecallers ) to join our growing teams at our flagship products like FindMyGuru . As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with potential customers (students, tutors, and institutions), explaining our offerings, and converting leads into enrollments or partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated via campaigns, referrals, and CRM.
Counsel students/tutors on training programs, course benefits, and onboarding processes.
Schedule product demos or counseling sessions with senior counselors when needed.
Handle objections effectively and convert cold/warm leads into sign-ups.
Maintain call records, update CRM, and achieve daily/weekly targets.
Provide support to ensure high student/tutor satisfaction post-enrollment.
Daily Tasks May Include:
80 - 100 outbound calls per day (students, trainers, colleges)
WhatsApp and SMS follow-ups
Explaining service offerings such as:
Skill-based training (www.SkillVedika.com)
Tutor onboarding and visibility (htttps://www.FindMyGuru.com)
Coordination with sales and academic teams
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)
Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
Target-driven attitude and eagerness to learn
Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, CRM tools)
Time management and multitasking ability
Preferred:
Prior experience in EdTech or telesales roles
Experience working with student or tutor onboarding
Local language proficiency is a plus (Telugu, Kannada, etc.)
KPIs:
Daily calls and connection rate
Lead conversion ratio
Follow-up management efficiency
Customer satisfaction during onboarding
Growth Path:Successful performers may be promoted to Team Lead role within 6 - 12 months.
