Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with experience in selling or servicing engineering equipment, industrial products, or cement & concrete equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Promote and sell mechanical equipment and concreting equipment to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights to management.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Education:
BSc
ITI
Diploma (Mechanical)
computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office, email, CRM tools, etc.
Good technical understanding of mechanical or industrial equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
