Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or products.
Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for lead generation and strategy planning.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Freshers encouraged to apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Willingness to travel or work in the field as needed.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
