Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Promote and sell company products within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
Provide feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Maintain sales reports, call logs, and territory records.
Participate in promotional activities, CMEs, and product awareness programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
2-5 years of proven experience
in pharmaceutical field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of pharma marketing, product detailing, and territory management.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
